Cancellation Policy

Your appointment has been successfully cancelled. I understand that unexpected things can come up, and I appreciate your communication. If you’d like to reschedule, I’d be happy to help you find a new time that works for you. Simply reply to this email or contact me at 0428 871 295. Please Note: Cancellation Policy I value your time and commitment to your wellness journey and strive to provide the best possible service. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% of the session fee or $50 cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment and have not provided notice, the full session fee will be charged. Exceptions: I understand that emergencies can happen. If there’s an unavoidable situation, please contact me as soon as possible, and we can discuss alternatives.
